Welcome to Nutriairé by Aishah. By accessing or using our remote nutrition consultation platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking a session.

1. Service Description

Nutriairé is a remote nutrition consultation platform that connects you with a qualified nutritionist for personalized dietary and wellness guidance. Consultations are delivered via secure video conferencing. Our service includes:

• One-on-one video consultations with your nutritionist.
• Personalized nutrition and wellness recommendations based on your stated goals.
• Follow-up support and guidance as agreed during your sessions.

2. No Medical Advice Disclaimer

The nutritionists at Nutriairé provide dietary and wellness guidance, not medical care. Specifically:

• Our nutritionists do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or provide medical treatments.
• Nutritional guidance is complementary to — not a replacement for — care from your licensed healthcare provider.
• If you have a medical condition or are experiencing symptoms, you should consult a physician or other qualified medical professional.
• Do not disregard or delay seeking medical advice because of information provided during a Nutriairé consultation.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Nutriairé, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when booking consultations and during sessions.
• Disclose relevant health conditions, allergies, and dietary restrictions so your nutritionist can provide safe and appropriate guidance.
• Follow the professional guidance provided by your nutritionist responsibly and at your own discretion.
• Use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Keep your account credentials and session links confidential.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:

• 24-hour notice — cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session are free of charge.
• Late cancellations — cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session cost, at Nutriairé's discretion.
• No-shows — failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the full session fee.
• Exceptions — we will consider exceptions for genuine emergencies on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible.

5. Payment Terms

• Session fees are displayed at the time of booking and must be paid in advance to secure your appointment.
• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
• Refunds for cancellations are processed according to the cancellation policy above.
• Nutriairé reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Existing bookings will be honored at the price agreed at the time of booking.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Nutriairé platform — including written materials, meal plans, recipes, and branding — is the intellectual property of Nutriairé by Aishah and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Nutriairé and its nutritionists shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any nutritional guidance provided.
• Nutriairé's total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific session(s) giving rise to the claim.
• Nutriairé does not guarantee specific health outcomes, weight loss results, or wellness improvements. Results vary by individual.

8. Termination

Nutriairé reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in behavior that is harmful to Nutriairé, its nutritionists, or other users.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The effective date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of Nutriairé after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
